Make Art
We are all artists.
We all bring something unique to the table that is worth sharing.
What is it that you do? What art do you make?
Is it a crafty bulletin board?
The eye-popping visuals around your classroom?
Is it in the way you engage your class in a read-aloud?
Is it in the way you make a challenging math concept graspable?
Or maybe the way you show genuine love to each child you interact with?
Is it the homework that you give?
The whip that you crack?
The worksheets you assign?
The slideshows you make?
The tests that you give?
Teachers have a lot on their plate. Sure, there's a lot of red tape to get through.
But, what makes artists great is how they persevere in spite of the adversity.
Because they know deep within their souls that they have a vision worth sharing with the world.
Realize the potential you have to do great things.
For we are sculptures.
We are molding lives
Take a step back.
Look at what you are creating.
Seize every opportunity to refine your craft.
Make art.
Communicate good.
Be different.
Get dirty.
